Everything is printed to order in the UK. Printing takes 2 to 5 working days, then Royal Mail Tracked takes about 2 more. UK delivery is £3.99 or free on orders over £40. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. We only ship to UK addresses right now.
Returns
Because every item is made just for you, we can't take back items for a change of mind or a different size, so please check the size chart on each product page before you order. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or simply wrong, email hello@ctrlalttee.co.uk with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge, no need to post anything back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
